Selling our spare LEGO bricks

Hey folks! As you can see, some of my posts are missing images and links due to some host issues I experienced recently. I'm working through getting those corrected as quickly as I can. However, if you are looking at a page you'd like me to correct sooner rather than later, drop me a line with the title of the blog post and I will move it up in my list of fixes to make. Thanks for your help!

I may have mentioned it previously, but we buy lots of LEGO from CraigsList. It’s how we feed our obsession and play and build the things we want.

The only issue with this is sometimes we get too much of one type of brick. Or we get bricks we just wouldn’t use. Not to mention, we only have so much space and right now, our LEGO collection is starting to make a home in our kitchen… not exactly the most ideal spot.

So, we’ve started to sell off some of our LEGO pieces, in hopes of making some extra cash to pay for new sets and to simply make some space in our already cramped home.

We’ve setup “shop” on eBay and you can see our current LEGO listings here. (I do sell other things on the same account from time to time, so don’t mind it if you find books and random others on my main seller page.) I may eventually make a small shop on this website where I can list what LEGO pieces we have ready to go, but in the meantime eBay will do.

How about you… do you sell spare pieces to make cash for new sets? Or do you keep and hoard… er, I mean, store all your “precious” LEGO bricks?
